Pastor Gerard Washington is an ordained minister of the Church of God and sits on the Board for the Christian Jail Ministry (CJM), a local non-profit serving jail since the 1980’s. This organization ministers to those who are incarcerated at the Howard County Detention Center (HCDC) in Jessup, MD. In 2012, after years of volunteering, Pastor Gerard became the Chaplain at the HCDC. He mentors’ men that are reentering into society who are looking for a changed life.
Pastor Gerard has been turned around by the power of Christ. He understands the need and value of approaching every human being with the message of redemption. He was very instrumental in the footwork that allowed Celebrate Recovery to enter into the Maryland Correctional Institutions. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-Step Program, a movement that bring the healing power of Jesus Christ to the hurting and broken hearted.
Pastor Washington is a graduate of Morgan State University School of Business Administration. He is a successful businessman in the field of insurance. Pastor Gerard is married to Gwendolyn Washington and has four children.

Gwendolyn Washington is a Christian woman and a long-time faithful member of Celebration Church, where she serves as a Deacon and serves on various other ministries there. Currently, Mrs. Washington serves as a Mentor for females in the mentoring for the “Year Up” program based in Baltimore, MD on the campus of BCCC. Year Up is a one-year, full-time professional IT training and internship program for 18-24-year-old with a High School Diploma or GED.
Mrs. Washington is retired after 42 years of employment with the Federal government at the Social Security Administration. Two thirds of her employment were primarily in the Office of Disability overseeing the processing of disability benefits for the disabled beneficiaries. Mrs. Washington is married to Pastor Gerard Washington and has four children.
Kenneth Cooper, RN, is a Certified Senior Advisor. Mr. Cooper has over 30 years combined experience supervising assisted living homes and nursing homes, which specializes in helping families navigate every stage of Senior Living or other senior care option that is just right for their needs. Mr. Cooper has a team of expert senior care advisers that conducts regular surveys of assisted living homes and other care.
Ms. Niki Deanda is a Sr. Technology Training Specialist. For over 20 years, as a consultant trainer, Ms. Deanda has developed, implemented and conducted virtual training and in person regional workshops for international and domestic users of mission critical applications and web products for both the government and private sectors. Currently. Ms. Deanda resides on the Board of the Serenity Center in Columbia, MD, assisting the recovery community. Her has a passion for helping people and has worked with Rich Concepts, LLC in providing Workforce Development training.
Mr. Phillip A. Green is a retire Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Senior Signals Analyst that served in the U S Army for over 20 years. Mr. Green is the founder of INNOPLEX, LLC which provides the benefits of his experience and expertise to serve the interested of the Company’s government clients, whose missions are critically important to the United States, the Department f Defense and the national’s citizen.
Mr. Green holds a BS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of MD, Univ College and Graduate from the U. S. Military’s Undergraduate Intelligence Program. Mr. Green resides in Clarksville, MD with his wife, Denise Green. They have three lovely children.
