About Management

Claryn Burnett is the driving force behind the organization and fills the Executive Director role. Claryn earned a B.S. degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Strayer University and received her Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Ministries at Liberty University. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Ministry with a concentration on Congregation and family Careat Bethel University. Additionally, she has several years of program/project management working with several nonprofits including United Way and Scottdale Community Center.  She gained her experience with transitional homes while working as Program director at Humanity United with God for Society (HUGS). While working with HUGS, one of the largest transitional homes in Georgia, she developed a proactive empowerment program which has become the foundation for Project Encompass, Inc.’s collaborative approach to empowerment. During and since her tenure as Executive Director, Claryn has developed a comprehensive network of personal and professional contacts with key community leaders. This will be instrumental in raising the profile of Project Encompass, Inc. within the community as well as having a significant impact on fundraising activities.
